# Relaunch Roadmap

The relaunch roadmap will include **6 phases of activity**, with a 7th being a simple outline of our future endeavours. The immediate focus would be to expand community and reach. We will then begin staking, $SNIFF utility, DAO mint and begin working on future $SNIFF utility and drops to complete the [MetAge Vision](/nose-age-nft-aitepaper/saga-nfts/the-metage-vision.md). 

### Phase 1 - Community Expansion

* Discord stays closed to gate against bots and random invites. Invites only to quality members.
* Education on $SNIFF mint-mechanics, Twitter spaces, DAOs outreach, and networking.
  * Giving out guaranteed WL opportunities to DAOs but only if they pass a simple filter.
* Marketing via unconventional **WL competitions** - non-FCFS or raffle types.
  * We believe that first-come-first-serve WL giveaways contribute to the FOMO problem and is unhealthy for the space.
  * Our definition of unconventional would be to give quizzes that ask questions related to the project, and these quizzes can be done in interesting ways to showcase the team's creativity.
* Dropping lore and sneak peeks on Diamonoses.
* Resuming weekly NFT streams and video creation.

### Phase 2 - DAO Creation & Resuming Gen0 Mint

* **DAO inception**.
  * This means the initial holders immediately get access to DAO channels and voting, as the mint on the Gen 0 Noses resumes.
* Airdropping Diamonoses as DAO passes to **existing holders**.
* **Resuming Gen 0 Nose Age mint.**
* **Listing on secondary marketplaces - Magic Eden, Solanart**

### Phase 3 - Staking & $SNIFF Accumulation

* Release of **staking**.
* Release of **Nose NFT Trade-in Program**.
  * Holders can trade in their Noses for 10,000 $SNIFF each.
* **Staking/delisting snapshot events based on attributes** to begin.
* Listing of $SNIFF on **FF Token Market**.
  * This allows immediate trade to happen on tokens.

### **Phase 4 - DAO Mint (First $SNIFF Drop)**

* The **Nose DAO** mint with $SNIFF begins.
  * The DAO mint begins when there is enough amount of $SNIFF in circulation.
  * This will encourage $SNIFF trade and Nose trade-in utility.

### Phase 5 - DAO Governance

* Funds allocated for DAO treasury (also serves as portion from mint-raise for continued activity).
  * Funds used to reinvest in blue-chip or new promising drops.
  * To fund artist recruitment.
  * Further upkeep of marketing activity.
* Begin recruiting and voting on artists for future drops.
  * Not in any order of importance, the artists could be:
    * Nose DAO internal artists.
    * Referred artists.
    * Interested artists, existing 1/1 artists or generative artists already in the scene.
    * Traditional digital artists - this category has a small edge if we can secure any. We want to increase our reach and bring in new talent to the space.

### Phase 6 - The Saga Begins

* Continue building for future drops - Eyes Age, Lips Age, Ears Age. First NFT merging - VisAge.
* We will be using DAO funds to secure metaverse collaborations.
* Business as usual - Ongoing giveaways, alpha, collaborations, networking, etc.

### Phases Beyond

* Continued utility to expand $SNIFF usage.
  * On-chain raffles.
  * On-chain merch store.
* Potential listing on Raydium based on post-mint activity and DAO vote.
* Adopt partnering project tokens for cross-project utility.
  * Finding more sinks for $SNIFF.
  * Providing a sink for partnering projects' tokens.
